We take nutrition seriously and that’s why we’ve incorporated a Health & Wellbeing Coach to provide support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and lifestyle advice.  She will empower you to determine what changes you need to make, and crucially, how to make them happen.  She will also hold you accountable for making changes!

Our Health and Wellbeing Coach is a qualified nutritionist.  The list of medical conditions that often necessitate being seen by a nutritionist is endless because diet plays a very valuable role in the care and treatment of every illness and it is also an important preventative health measure too.   A good diet helps you reach your optimum health both physically and mentally.  We offer this service as a stand alone treatment or combined with one of our personalised treatment programmes.
